many parents are choosing to have extra support around birth these days. consequently the birth support world is growing with many different disciplines within. after a steady stream of discussions with folk who have been guided to this work, we have put together a series of workshops to explore in more depth the more intricate issues that often are left undeveloped but are hugely significant.
these workshops are ideal for anyone on the journey of a birth or postnatal supporter (a doula) but are also accessible for all working around the birthing family. they are a great way to prepare or perhaps just add skills.
among our most popular workshops are “motherwarming” – traditional postnatal techniques and “working with muslim parents”.
